This information is important to us for improving overall user experience and determining the Platform effectiveness.  You can learn about Google’s practices by going to, and opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at  This opt-out feature, however, only works on your desktop browser and not on a mobile device.  For mobile apps, you may be able to limit certain advertising practices using the settings on your phone, tablet or other mobile device.  You may also download the AppChoices app at to opt out of the delivery of interest-based advertisements in participating mobile apps.
