When you use our services in our retail stores:
When you make a purchase in one of our stores, join our Perks by PAPYRUS reward program, place a Custom Printing order or Special Product Order, participate in one of our surveys, send us any feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or interact with us in any way, you provide us with personal information, such as: your name, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone number, birth month, and/or credit card information. This allows us to provide you with our services, to process your transactions more efficiently and, ultimately, to give you a higher caliber of customer service. If you choose not to provide the requested information we may not be able to provide you with the services, or certain features of those services may not be functional.

How We Use Your Information:
We use the information we collect about you to facilitate your purchases, to communicate with you, to offer better customer service, and to improve our services and customer relations.
To facilitate your purchases: This includes processing your purchase and payment, shipping Custom Printing orders, and/or communicating with you about a Custom Printing purchase or Special Order by email or phone. For example, we will contact you by phone or email to provide you updates on your order, to address any issues with the order or to answer any questions you may have about your order. Information collected for Custom Printing orders may be shared with the third party vendor that produces the order for the purposes of processing and shipping the order.
To send you promotional communications: If you sign up for Perks by PAPYRUS, we will contact you by email to inform you about products, services, and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. You can opt out of email communications at any time by (a) clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email message, (b) visiting our Email Preferences page on our website and unsubscribing from there, or (c) making a request through Customer Service. It may take several weeks to have your name removed from our files depending on how you make your request.
